Cancer Care Plus
This product helps meet the high costs of treating cancer, which affects 1 out of every 4 families today. A lump sum payment of up to $40,000.00 will be made upon diagnosis, to provide immediate cash relief. Other payments, such as in-hospital income, surgery, drugs, x-ray and chemotherapy will be made as treatment progresses. Plus, up to $100,000 of Term Life insurance as a death benefit if the worst happens. This also covers death by any cause.
Who is eligible?
Any one between the age of 18-59.Must be gainfully employed
How can I pay my premiums?
Premiums can be paid annually, semi annually and monthly, over the counter or through salary deduction.
What will happen if I cannot pay my premiums?
There is a grace period of 30 days after which, the policy will lapse for non-payment of premium.
How would my loved ones benefit?
Disability and Medical Expense benefits are paid directly to you. Benefits for loss of life are payable to your named beneficiary
