Insurance against accidents at work

"I have been working in the construction environment since I graduated from University as the business has been in my family for generations and it is traditional that I continue in my father’s footsteps.  

A fundamental part of all my achievements has been my work, I try every day to be a better employer and I want the best for my employees. Just as I would not want my employees to work without safety wear, I believe insurance coverage is an integral part of their overall protection.

Unfortunately not all companies provide this service for their workers, but I do.  A year ago, one of my workers injured himself on the job and was unable to work for quite a few months but fortunately, he was covered under our Company’s Group Health Insurance plan, which included personal accident coverage. This was of tremendous help to him, and he was able to continue supporting his family despite his inability to work for those months.
